Not the team, just the name. As we approach our 10 year anniversary of offering global virtual administrative support, I felt it was time for the 3 R’s. Refresh, rebrand and renew.
Now operating under Virtual Tidbits, a division of Learn and Go Ltd., I promise to continue with the same old-fashioned virtual administrative support that our clients have come to know and love.
If you are new to our services, let me share some information with you. My name is Celine and am the director of Learn and Go Ltd., a UK based company I founded in 2018 to keep everything under one umbrella.
The Retro VA, now knows as Virtual Tidbits, was formed in 2009 with the initial idea of building something new, travel the world and work as a digital nomad. Throughout my career as a business owner, I have been involved in everything from fashion design and manufacturing, office administration, human resources, and sales.
Ten years later and 35 plus years of entrepreneurial, administrative and management skills, my team has grown and now we work with clients from various sectors including IT, Medicine/Science, Performing Arts, Fashion, Health and Wellness, and Private Aviation.
Why did my clients choose The Retro VA as their virtual administrator? My team is comprised of creative entrepreneurs who are interested in helping our clients unleash their freedom. We have been successful in several industries and with over 35 plus years and have acquired a comprehensive knowledge of administrative support services, event planning, web design, eCommerce services and more. We know the ins and outs of what it takes to plan, stage and market our client’s events (in the real AND virtual world), to book your personal or corporate travel (commercial or private aircraft), and we help you do all these things – affordably.
Fast forward to September 2019 and Virtual Tidbits. We continue to support our clients as before with support that includes jump-starting businesses by creating and launching social media campaigns or create or re-design websites that include shopping carts or membership services. We do all that and more.
Virtual Tidbits is part of the thriving virtual assistant industry because of our passion for “getting things done and on schedule” while providing you the time freedom you crave. Our goal is to help others achieve the freedom and life-work balance we all need in today’s society.
Sadly, the concept of “superior customer service” has slowly disappeared. The team at Virtual Tidbits believes in old-fashioned customer service and support. Our international team is able to respond to your questions within 2-24 hours of receiving your request.
Our goal is to help your business succeed by filling in the gaps of day-to-day tasks (as your virtual administrator) that you need done but don’t have the time to do yourself.
